4-H is called Stockton Peppy Pals. - They were established in 1928. They have activities such as food shows, livestock, camping and community pride projects for kids from kindergarten to college age. Their Community Pride project is sprucing up the Old Town Hall by planting flowers in the springtime. This is a National Club with events in the Tri-County area such as the Winona County State Fair. Currently they are designing an outside vegetable garden on property owned by the City to be free to the residents.
