Meets April and October during the year to discuss the maintenance and preservation of Oakland Cemetery.
Oakland Cemetery Association - has been around since 1873 - yes, 1873! In May on Memorial day at 9:30 am the Lewiston Veteran's puts on a display of doing a ten-gun salute over a deceased veteran in the Cemetery. Our aim is to make the Cemetery a pleasing place to visit. Stop by the City Hall to see old maps or to get information. The group meets three times a year, please ask if you would like to join.
